In order to work with clients to manage stress, all
nurses would do the following:
1. Complete the nursing assessment
2. Determine with the client and/or family what they'd
like to change to improve health
3. Develop a specific plan for change
4. Implement the plan in cooperation with the client
5. Periodically revise the plan, based on a schedule for
periodic review
6. Evaluate the outcomes

 Screenings (also called screening tests) are medical
tests that doctors use to check for diseases and
health conditions before there are any signs or
symptoms. Screenings help find problems early on,
when they may be easier to treat.
