employee in your organization. The job offer
contains the details of your employment offer.
PLACEMENT: Placement is a process of
assigning a specific job to each of the selected
candidates. It involves assigning a specific
rank and responsibility to an individual. It
implies matching the requirements of a job with
the qualifications of the candidate.
TRAINING&DEVELOPMENT:It is any
attempt to improve current or future employee
performance by increasing an employee's
ability to perform through learning, usually by
changing the employee's attitude or increasing
his or her skills and knowledge

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL: A performance
appraisal (PA), also referred to as a performance
review, performance evaluation, (career) development
discussion, or employee appraisal is a method by
which the job performance of an employee is
documented and evaluated.
COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT:
Compensation management is the act of providing
monetary value to an employee for the work they do by
means of a company process or policy. Some types of
compensation include salary, bonuses, and benefit
packages. Companies use compensation management
in order to find, keep, and motivate employees to do
quality work.
EMPLOYEE WELFARE
• Employee welfare is a comprehensive term including
various services, facilities and amenities provided to
employees for their betterment. ... Employee welfare
measures are also known as fringe benefits and services.

worth living for workmen. According to Todd
“employee welfare means anything done for the
comfort and improvement, intellectual or social, of the
employees over and above the wages paid which is
not a necessity of the industry.
