NOTE: Both surveys results have to be drawn in Half-roll cross section paper with the
traverse plan on the upper portion and the profile survey at the lower portion . The
proposed location/station of structures and the target households to be served should
be indicated in the plan.
2.3 Schematic Diagram – a diagram showing the elevation and distances of water source,
reservoir, pipes directions, location of tap stands, and the number of target households
to be served by each tap stand.

4. COMMUNAL IRRIGATION SYSTEM
SIZE OF DRAWING SHEETS: A3 SIZE PAPER
CONTENTS:
1. Cover Page: Sub-project Title;
2. Location Plans: Location as shown in the regional map; Location as
shown in the Municipal Map and the Vicinity
3. Parcellary Survey Plan: This portion of the plan shows the layout of
the irrigation system in relation to the irrigable farmland
4. Traverse Plan: The plan must be drawn in a half rolled tracing paper
on top of the half rolled cross-section paper:
5. Profile Plan - shall be drawn below the traverse plan.
6. Cross-section Plan– This plan shall be drawn in the cross section
paper for every 20 meters of the proposed canal.
7. Plans and Details of Component Structures: Plans and details of
canal, intake structures, sluice and overflow gates, etc….
8. Computation Volumes of cut and fill; volumes and areas of the
scope of works.
9. Tabulation of Bill of Quantities of the Scope of Work
