Desktop Publishing software - Use this software to make signs, banners, greeting
cards, illustrative worksheets, newsletters, etc.
Spreadsheet software - Use this kind of tool to compute number-intensive
problems such as budgeting, forecasting, etc.

Database software - Use this software to store data such as address, membership

Utility Software is a kind of system software designed to help, analyze,
configure, optimize and maintain the computer. A single piece of utility software
is usually called a utility or tool.

If we are having any problem related to system then we can solve it through
utility software.
