5). Refrigerant leakage detect

(1)Only be active in cooling mode.

(2)If the refrigerant have leakage, the display area will show “EC” and AC will turn off.
(3)The refrigerant leakage detect function can better prevent the compressor
being damaged by refrigerant leakage or compressor overload.

6). 8℃ heating
(1)In heating operation, the preset temperature of the
air conditioner can be as lower as 8℃, which keeps
the room temperature steady at 8℃ and prevents
household things freezing when the house is
unoccupied for a long time in severe cold weather.
(2)This function can be memorized if the power fails.

7). Silent mode (1)Select SILENCE on remote controller to enter

9). Follow me (1)With this function, the room temperature sensor built
in remote controller is activated and replaces the one in
indoor unit. Then the air conditioner will regulate the
room temperature based on the temperature around the
remote controller, just like the air conditioner is following
the user.
(2)Pressing the “Follow me” button on remote controller
to active this function. Then the remote controller will
send PCB the signal every three minutes. If the PCB
doesn’t receive the signal for 7 minutes or pressing
“Follow me” button again, the follow me function will
terminate.

10). Low ambient cooling

(1)The indoor unit will easily frost and cause the unit
ON/OFF frequently in some special places such as
computer station or power station where cooling
function is necessary even in winter.
(2)With low ambient cooling function, the outdoor fan
speed can be changed according to the condenser
temperature and the AC can run smoothly under the
temperature as low as -10 ℃.

11). Smooth air variation

There are 12 grades indoor fan speeds (Turbo/H+/H/H-/M+/M/M-/L+/L/L-/Breeze/Super breeze) can be controlled
by the PCB, ensure more accurate control and bring more comfortable air flow.
Note: For end user, there are only 3 fan speed (High/Med/Low) showed on the remote controller. The turbo fan
speed only exist on “Turbo” mode, breeze exist on DRY mode, super breeze only exist on “Silence” mode.

 Time delay at restart for compressor
At start-up or mode switching (Heating  Cooling/Dry), a time delay of 3 minutes
protects the compressor.

 Temperature protection of compressor top

The unit will stop working when the compressor top temp. protector (OLP) cut off,
and will restart after the compressor top temp. protector restart.

 High temperature protection of compressor discharge

When the compressor discharge temp. (T5) is getting higher, the
running frequency will be limited as below rules:
• T5>115℃ for 5s, compressor stops and restarts till T5<90℃
• 110<T5<115℃, decrease the freq. to the lower level every 2mins.
• 105<T5<110℃, keep running at the current frequency.
• T5<105℃, no limit for frequency.
