Objective

To apply the QA/QC process in the Reggane project to mitigate risk of BHAs
failures during operation.

• Verify that our vendors ready to support our drilling operations locally.

• Perform readiness audits before the start the drilling campaign.

• Key focus areas during audits:

• Equipment availability

• Local inspection capabilities

• Ability of local vendors to assemble and test equipment as required

by GRN specifications and vendor’s internal SOP’s

Scope of Work

Perform inspection and testing of the most critical equipment (BHAs -drill
pipe- HWDP- DC- Subs- Jars-MWD/LWD- Motors-stabilizers etc..)

• Clean and visual connection inspection.

• Black light connections inspections.

• Dimensional 2 (for DP) and Dimension 3 (for all BHA) connection

inspection .

• Ring gauge (as required).

• Pressure testing of downhole equipment.

• Function testing of downhole equipment.

Scope of Work

Perform basic audits of services companies shops and to perform an

assessment of equipment and shop.

• To ensure the inspector have the basic equipment required to perform

inspections

• To ensure the vender’s equipment is calibrated and ready for work

(torque machine etc…)

• To make sure vender have assembly procedures for their equipment

QA/QC inspector will ensure first load out of equipment is ready for shipment
