app for capturing any delta
changes at field level.
 This app can also be used for
surveying new assets being
installed at field level
 Any changes made in field is
recorded and notification is sent
to the end user to modify the
network configuration in GIS db

This app has been developed to provide


one touch facility to consumer to:-

1.View & Pay bills


2.Update phone and E mail
3.Lodge service related complaints
Implementation of pre-post audit process to
check dissemination of exorbitant bills

We have introduced two checks in the system which filters all bills being
generated a
1. Pre Audit
2. Post Audit

Bills trapped as exceptions( CM_03_09 & CM_04_02) doesn’t get printed


or displayed at e payment portal unless they are duly rectified .These
trapped exceptions can only be removed through
1. Bill Revision
2. Released Bill process
Commercial Back Office(CBO)

Centralized Back office aims at disintegrating revenue realization & revenue generation
process to felicitate field offices to reduce unduly burden of billing and its rectification
process resulting less effort being exerted in improving the revenue realization.

Smart Metering For DHBVN
 EESL is undertaking Smart Metering Rollout in select towns of Haryana in two separate parts -
1) Supply of smart meters with GPRS compatible NIC cards.
Compliance with IS 16444
2) Installation, testing , commissioning and integration of the AMI system.
IT Applications includes - HES, MDMS, Web Portal and Mobile App hosted on secured Cloud
Field Activities includes – Consumer Survey, Meter Installation and Maintenance

 As per the scope of project, EESL will rollout 10 lac smart meters into below towns of Haryana –
 DHBVN: Gurugram, Hisar, Faridabad
 UHBVN: Karnal, Panipat, Panchkula

 Overall Project duration is 8 years and is broadly divided into two phases as below –
