Art
• refers to aesthetic objects that serve
utilitarian purposes.
• generally applied art - art created for use,
not necessarily everyday use, but designed
to serve a purpose and with an aesthetic in
mind.
Example: Architecture, Weaved fabrics or
baskets, and Furnitures.

• serves no utilitarian purpose.
• The exploration of these sensibilities (intellectual,
emotional or aesthetic level), rather than their

vary from person to person.
