1. Open Outlook Express.
2. From the top menu bar, left click on tools to expand the menu.

5. Left click on the mail tab and switch to the list of mail accounts you have set up.

6. Go to that email and look for a message with a security code.

1. Click on “File” icon.
2. Go to Account information section.
3. Click on “Account settings”. A drop-down menu will appear

 Now enter the email address or phone number associated with your Microsoft
account. Click Next.
 You will be asked to choose an option in which you want to get your security
code. You have two options, either give your phone number or the alternate
email address to receive the security code.
 Once you get the security code, enter it in the required field. And click on “Next”.
 Now create a new password for your Microsoft account. Confirm the changes.

using your new password.
