 About Us
We are an educational institution that provides basic
education to children & vocational training to adults.Our
main goal is to provide basic education & vocational
training to everybody ie,men,children as well as women in
the sub-urban & village areas so that they can also become
an earning member of the family.The training we provide in
a specific region depends on the employment conditions of
that area ie, if a region has job prospects in only 4-5
fields,our main focus,apart from teaching them other
courses will be to provide vocational trainings in those
fields so that local residents can get jobs easily there. We
will change our courses & training fields according to
market requirements so that there are more chances of
one getting employed.We will also help those who aspire to
become entrepreneurs & have got skills to do so.
 Social Impact
• We will help people form cooperative societies so that products of a
specific areas can be sold as a whole.
• We will help women form “ Grah Udyogs ” producing different
products so that they can enjoy flexible working hours as they are
the ones with most important role in a family.
• Many children in villages are not able to attend schools because
they help their families which can’t afford manpower for their
business . We help those kids by having multiple teaching shifts in
our institutions so that they can help their families & attend their
lecture on a daily basis.
• We will teach farmers other ways to earn so that they won’t rely
only on their crop production for their survival . We will expose
them to latest trends & technologies in fields of their interest.
 Financial Sustainability
• The produce we get from the people will be sold by us
to the markets which can provide suitable prices for
them.
• Only a part of the profit made will be kept by us in
order to pay employees of our team , for future growth
of the institution & for providing better training
facilities to people . Rest will be given to people
according to their individual production.
• We will make sure that the basic education we provide
to children is free of cost & this is only possible if we
get required capital by above mentioned points.
 Scalability
• We will start our institutions in few areas initially so
that we can find out the things & knowledge we
require to run this type of institution in a specific
region .
• As the base of our institution becomes firm gradually ,
we’ll be diversifying it to other parts of that region.
• As we diversify our team by opening institutions in
different parts , it will be much easier for us to find job
prospects in other regions & can provide trainings in
local languages.
