INTRODUCTION
Mrs. Grey is the proprietor of a Rooming Facility in College Town, Missouri.
The Rooming house comprised of 7 rooms: -
some of which were single bed rooms and the others were twofold bed rooms.
We had created database framework for Mrs. Grey’s Rooming House
The database the executive’s framework will be utilized to do the accompanying:
1. Monitor clients and their lasting location.
2. Keep track of the rooms in the house and their room type.
3. List the cost of each room type.
4. Record the length of a stay in a particular room by a client.
5. Rank the prevalence of each room.
6. Generate month to month bills for clients.
DATABASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The database management system (DBMS) is the software that interacts with end users, applications, and the
database itself to capture and analyse the data. The DBMS software additionally encompasses the core facilities
provided to administer the database.

associated with the database.

A database is an organized collection of data, generally stored and accessed electronically from a computer
system.

Where databases are more complex they are often developed using formal design and modelling techniques.

MICROSOFT ACCESS

Microsoft Access is a database management system (DBMS) from Microsoft that combines the relational
Microsoft with a graphical user interface and software-development tools.

Microsoft Access stores data in its own format based on the Access Jet Database Engine. It can also import or
link directly to data stored in other applications and databases.

efficiently.

duplication, errors, and inconsistent values.
