Step2 : How to Appoint a Distributor?
Prepare a list of close contacts within your business circle
Identify the potential proposed Distributors from that List
The proposed Distributor may or may not be from the
construction/civil industry and financially sound and has atleast
500 sft area for storing of our material
You will need to get them to invest a minimum of Rs.5,00,000/-
for Distribution
Initially company will support to liquidate that stock from the
other orders and after that you shall get the projects for them to
stock sufficient materials on month on month basis
Before you complete one month you should have brought in the
business of 5,00,000/-
• Step 3 How do I Calculate the Qty & Price
• Please follow the Distributor Price & List Price
• Ours is a ecoating system and the combinations are as follows:

• Ultra Bond - 1 Coat * Ultra Super Seal - 2 coats
• Ultra Bond Price per Ltr : Rs.306/-(107.6 sft/Coat = Rs.2.84/-per sft)
• Ultra Super Seal per Ltr : Rs. 683/- (64.56sft/coat =Rs.10.57/- per
coat * 2 Coats = 21.15/-
• Material cost per sft for Waterproofing is Rs.2.84/-+21.15/- =Rs.24/-
per sft)
• Labour charges etc and current rates going on Rs.55-65/- per sft in
India
• Same calculations we shall apply on MRP or List Price are as follows:

• Ultra Bond Price per Ltr : Rs.395/-(107.6 sft/Coat = Rs.3.67/-per sft)
• Ultra Super Seal per Ltr : Rs. 881/- (64.56sft/coat =Rs.13.64/- per
coat * 2 Coats = 27.29/-
• Material cost per sft for Waterproofing is Rs.3.67/-+27.29/-
=Rs.30.96/- per sft)
• Labour charges etc and current rates going on Rs.55-65/- per sft in
India
• Profit per sft can be anywhere between Rs.20-30/- can be charged
• BASED ON THE SQFT YOU CAN CALCULATE THE QTY AND PRICE
• SAME CALCULATIONS APPLY FOR OTHER PRODUCTS TOO

informed.
• Personal Service - Our Resident Regional Managers also service the painting contractors and other professional trades. They have spent
years in the Paint Industry and now manage territories with direct contact with painting contractors, architects, builders etc. Benefit
from their paint and service experience to grow your market segments.
• Training& After Sales Service - The company will conduct periodical training programmes not only to the painters but to the
shopkeepers as and when requires. Company also has a dedicated team for any after sales support round the clock.
• Distributor Responsibility
• Appoint sales force with dress code
• Appoint one Measurement Expert for all the
future projects undertaken by the Distributor
• Appoint Painting Applicators(Paint/water
proofing/Floor Coating) for the projects
• Distributor if required can invest in Spraying
machine/Gyro Shaker machine/Pigment Mixer
for instant mixing by paying 3,00,000/-
refundable deposit
• Only the trained personal will attend to our
valued customers and dress code is
mandatory for the staff
• Ultralast will send the sample sales kits to the
respective zones for initial promotion
• ULTRALAST – SUPPORT
• Ultralast Will appoint Employees to take care of the
market and generate quiry for the Distributor
• Ultralast will train the sales force and issues a
certificate for compiling the norms of the company
• Ultralast will give the technical training to the
nominated applicator by Distributor and award
certificate for completing the same
• Ultralast will always ensures that only trained &
certified personnel only will meet the customer along
with respective Distributor
• Ultralast will encourage participation in Builders
association meets/architecture meets/top end

• Ultralast will encourage the Distributors to get
the local certification for our products, which
increases the green building ratings.
