Initial level of NDT process. Help for NDT level-II person, take
exposure, capable for only testing.
Not authorized for interpretation & report generation

 NDT Level-II
Medium level of NDT process. Basic knowledge of NDT methods,
take exposure, doing testing as per procedure & standards. Can see the
result and after interpretation, can generate the report.
Not authorized for procedure establishment.

NDT LEVEL-III

This is advance level of NDT method.
o Basic knowledge of whole NDT process.
o Deep knowledge in particular NDT methods (I.e. X-Ray & DP Testing method)
o A certified person of Level-III , can establish and verify the method & procedure of
NDT testing as per standard & customer requirement.
o Since a level-III person also has a knowledge of metallurgy field, So he can used it in
welding process & technology.
o A NDT level-III can certify for level-II.
o Can work on welding process and welder's approval as a training tutor for excellent
welding.
o Work on WPS, PQR & WPQ for approval via third party.
o Change mindset of welder’s by training of NDT with basic of metallurgy (Aluminum
properties)
o Can deep analysis of defects and work on its route cause.
