PICC APPLICATION PROCESS

 Step 1: Surface Preparation: Clean the surface using Steripure 100 to remove algae and
fungi.
 Step 2: Application of bonding agent: Apply bonding agents Kelox R 101 and Kelox H 404 in
2:1 ratio i.e. 2 parts of Kelox R 101 and 1 part of Kelox H 404 and wait till it becomes tacky.
This step ensures the bond between PICC mortar bonds and structure surface.
 Step 3: Application of PICC Mortar: Mixture of Nicomix 100 (60%) + Cement (35%) + water
(8%) is applied on the surface with the bonding agent.
 Step 4: Application of Top/Seal Coat: Mixture of NicCoat PC + Kelmar A80 + Water is
applied over the PICC mortar to ensure complete waterproofing.

 Post application of PICC mortar water should be sprayed on the surface.


 PICC mortar requires minimal curing depending on the on sight climatic conditions.
