 RATIONALE

• Inroad Bistro & Café has a Great Place and Great Foods
services. It all started with the vision of Golda Biliran who led
the cutting ribbon for the opening of inroad last July 25,
2018 with Ventita. Golda Biliran is the owner, manager, and
at the same time a chef who took a culinary course and has
great skills in Pastry and Bakery Art, she has an advance
existing knowledge in foods and beverages. In roads, serves
a freshly cook food made dressing from scratch. Since Chef
Biliran is a mother she make sure that, what she serves in her
customers is freshly cooked and healthy because she
understand and protect the health of their customers.

Product pricing – some of the price of their
products has increased due to inflation.

has also increased because the price of goods
has increased.

Weather - when the weather is not good or when it is
rainy season, it has an effect on their business because
most of their customer stays in their house instead of
going out to eat in their café.
Peace & Order - the peace and order in the city can
affect their business like for example, the bomb threats
and the curfew hours in the city. When there is a bomb
threat, they have less customers because people are
afraid to go out of their house and because of that,
they need to close their store early for their safety.
Location - the location of their store has an effect on
their business since it is not easy to access.

Inflation has a major effects in our lives.
The value of our money has decreased due
to inflation. The price of goods has
increased that results for the consumer to
buy less since their money is not enough.
It has also affect the producer side, the
producers need to increased the price of
their products so that their business can
survive from bankruptcy.
 RECOMMENDATION

Improve the advertisement of the business not

just on social media but on physical location of
the business by putting more visible signage with
catchy slogans. Hire a security guard to provide a
visible deterrent to criminals and provide
professional protection for the assets of the
owner, it also makes the customers feel safe and
secured.
