INTRODUCTION
 Jai Ganesh Toyota kirloskar motors showroom is a reputed show
room in Bhavnagar.
 An authorised sales and service dealership, Jai Ganesh Autocorp Pvt
Ltd in Bhavnagar has been in the business ever since the year 2012. it
the dealership has grown.
 The dealership gives the best service in everything
 The dealership have the best sales staff to cater all the car buying
needs and also have the skilled professional to take care for car
services and other requirements of the customer. The dealership not
only sell the car but also deals with used car , acessories, insurance
,finance etc .
 The staff takes cares of like a family.
 The showroom offers the customer an instant,efficient and personalized
customer service.
 its dedication to service and the maintenance of highest levels of
costumers satisfaction that have been the platform of the success
dealership.

 Front office.
If you have a body repair work or
any types of damaged work you
can contact to the body front
office the body shop advisor. The
advisor will inspect your car and
fill the form (AWCKS) and the
advisor will make the estimate or
the damaged parts of the vehicle
mark the area of damaged parts of
the repair things.

 In this office there are two service desk.
(1). Body and paint desk.
(2) service desk

(1). Body and paint desk:- First the car is arrived in the dealership and the body
and paint advisor walk around the car and inspect the damaged and if the
customer want to claim the insurance the has to submit the document.
Registration certificate,adhar card,valid policy,pancard,drivinglicence etc.
Ask the owner how the incident happen when it was happened ask the time.
HOW TO GENERATE A CLAIM INTIMATION
 Collect the all the document required for claim
 Generate the approx estimate for damaged parts or repair parts
 Fill the claim form of the insurance company
 Apply the insurance claim online on the website
 After the claim form completed online the message will be arrived on the
registered mobile number of the advisor.
After claim intimation
 After the online application is done for insurance the surveyor visits the
dealership approx 3to4 hour after the intimation for the inspection of the
damaged car.
 The surveyor capture the photos with the help of camera of the all legal
documents required for insurance claim.
 After that the surveyor goes where the vehicle is parked for inspecting the
damaged and takes the photos of the damaged area of the vehicle.
 After the inspection the surveyor approves the claim.

After the approval of the insurance claim by the surveyor the service
advisor call the customer about that your claim intimation is approved by
the insurance company’s surveyor.
And advisor tells that the work of your car is started and approx date of
ready.
After the work is done of the damaged parts replacement the advisor calls
the surveyor that the work is completed of the car come for the re-
inspection of the car.
Then the surveyor arrives the dealership the surveyor immediately goes to
the re-inspection of the damaged car and capture all the parts that are
replaced parts with the damaged parts and then after the surveyor re-
inspect and tells the advisor to break all the damaged parts.

car is completed so come and take the delivery of your car.
