Etiquette in Israel
• Israelis tend to speak quite loudly and at a fast pace. It may appear
as if they are yelling and annoyed but it is most likely a normal tone
of voice.

• Israelis usually stand close to one another while talking. People


speak at closer than an arms distance.

• Israelis favor direct eye contact over indirect.

• Israelis are known to be very direct and to the point.

• Punctuality is valued for the most part and most services run on
time.
CLOTHING •During Jewish celebrations, Israeli women will be
covered from head to toe.
•Definitely avoid sleeveless shirt . That means
avoiding Bermuda pants or short skirts .A
buttoned-up shirt, long pants and shoes for men.
