Note : Asssuming that no. of exec + employees in the unit are 25, each one of
them need to ensure 10 activities (as per the list above) in a month to ensure SE
@ more than 1.
To Achieve this target every executive have to perform the fallowing task:
• Safety Contact : by briefing the safety aspects to workers doing unsafe act
and unsafe condition 10 contact per month
•Safety Action Meeting : by giving the tool box meeting of PEP Talk before starting
the work and telling them to all precautions and
necessary arrangement required for the safe working
8 meeting per month
•Hazard Identification : by identifying the Hazard at workplace and 15 hazard per
month
• Safety Audit As per existing Housekeeping Audit it can be done and also
target given is 2 audit per executive per month now there are
21 zone so there will 21 safety cum HK Audit which fulfill our
target

If we go through this exp.

No of executive = 09
No of task done by each executive : 33 (10+08+15)
For total executives : 33x9 = 297

safety engagement = 297+21 = 1.06 per executive per month
