 Irrigation can be done with a mild
antiseptic solution

 Lugol's solution, physiological saline

 0.5% rivanol and 2% ionine povidone

 antiseptic solution as much as 20 ml can

be accommodated by the uterus
 , antihistamines, oxytocin 100 IU + 3 -7
mg estradiol or diethyl stilbestrol (DES)
25-75 mg.

 The use of antibiotics or sulfa preparations

in intrauterine recommended 3 – 5 ml
diluted on 20-100 ml.
R / penicilin, tetracyclin, chloramphenicol.

antibiotic treatment should be note :

uterine infetion.
2. Do not lowering antibiotic dose.
3. Mild infection  intra uterin (fast)
antibiotic.
