Issues Faced By the Window
• The Window is facing the higher Torque in
• Regulating
• UP
• Down
• We have a approx Estimate of window
winding
• UP-2.9 NM
• Down-2.4 NM

Factor Affecting
>Factor affecting the window winding and resultant of a
higher torque
1. Beading is not correct
2. The aperture of the door is not much more correct
3. Variation in the base of the beading casing
4. There is variation in the Vertical section of a channel
-------Here is the graph showing the Higher Torque

CAB Taken for Investigate
• We have investigate about 15 LPT CABs
• And we take 3 CABs as our Sample
RY770748
RY771393
RY767436
• Because these 3 CABs has a much higher torque as compare to the other
CABs on the line.

CONCLUSION OF GRAPH
1. The usage of tie is perfect for the window as there is less gap in the
vertical section of the window.
2. The beading issue of the door is main issue
3. As the glass has a sticking property therefore the beading that is made up
off Hard Rubber stick with the Glass
4. It resist the glass to climb up to the top section through vertical section
5. As there is no gap between if we made a gap between it the Rain water
can seep into it and our passengers get into the trouble

Comparision Between Power and a Manual Window
• POWER WINDOW-
• CONTROL
Most vehicles have a master control pad on the console or the driver side door. If the kids are goofing off in the backseat and playing with the
windows, you have the power to lock them. If you realize partway through your journey that someone left one of the back windows rolled down, you
have the power to roll it back up with a push of a button or switch of a lever. You have complete control over every window in the vehicle, allowing you
to focus on getting to your destination.
• CONVENIENCE
As we mentioned, rather than having to put all your muscle into cranking up the window, power windows are controlled with a button, switch or lever.
This makes it easier not only for the driver, but also for passengers with limited mobility to control his or her window.
• SAFETY
Since manual windows require additional time and effort to roll up or down, it draws the driver’s attention away from the task at hand: driving safely.
By instead pushing the power button, the driver does not need to look away for even a second to control the window, making the drive safe for the
driver, his or her passengers, and all others on the road.
• Automatic windows have become a standard in today’s vehicles. If you have manual windows and would like to make the switch, it’s possible in almost
any vehicle

Manual Window
Manual Window is best in Commercial Vehicle
Because if incase of fire in the cabin driver has only 3min to escape out
In that case manual window is being used for safety.
If there is a short circuit in the harness of the power window the door of
the Cabin get automatically locked up
So there fore the Manual Window is right for Commercial vehicle
