Modules

• MANAGE COURIER DETAILS


This module is used to manage courier details. Like party details,
from station to station details and Parcel weight.
 
• PAYMENT MODULE
Payment module used to manage payment details. Admin will be
aware of how many payments are collected and how much
payments are left to receive.
EMAIL / SMS NOTIFICATION MODULE
Courier management system auto-generate an email and SMS
notification for a received parcel, dispatch parcel and also delivered
courier with complete details.
 
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
This module is used for managing details of the customers. Like name,
address, and mobile number.
 
DELIVERY MODULE
Built in signature drawing interface let your Drivers to collect
customer’s signature upon delivery.
BILL MANAGEMENT
The Automated invoicing billing management features of the software ensures that
your service invoicing is efficient, on time, and fully complete.
Reducing the amount of time it takes to create invoices lets you focus on the other
areas of your business. Let our courier billing software  work for you by reducing the
number of manual series orders and invoices that need to be created. Courier
software lets you simplify the process while preventing unpaid invoices from falling
through the cracks.

RATE MANAGEMENT
Rate Management feature allows you to store and retrieve rates for use in the
preparation of the quotation. Once admin update rates, the user will directly receive
rates as per distance, quantity, Parcel weight and many more.
 
CONSIGNMENT DETAIL
All the consignment are stored in the system using this module and this consignment
further distributed to employees of the courier company.
 
CONSIGNMENT RECEIPT
Consignment's digital receipt is given to the client after getting courier from them, in this
module user has to enter client details, consignment number, mode, weight, destination.
Courier software will calculate due amount automatically as per the weight and
destination.
 
CONSIGNMENT TRACKING
All the parcels/consignment can be tracked until they are delivered to the destination.
Once delivered, the system has proof of delivery for future references. Each parcel is given
a unique tracking code, which makes it easy for the customer as well as the admin to track
the parcel.
MANIFEST MANAGEMENT
In the manifest management module, there will be stored challan details. The
manifest module allows jobs entered into the system to be automatically assigned to a
manifest based on their pickup and delivery details.

REPORTS MANAGEMENT
The number of reports generated in this software as per the requirement. These are
types of the reports,

- Consignment issue report

USER MANAGEMENT
Admin will manage all the users. And also the admin will do rights management. As
per requirement and designation, an admin will give rights to users.
 
BRANCH / FRANCHISE MANAGEMENT
User can manage multiple Franchises branch / Centre using this module. It will
manage freight rate as per Branch. This module also manages delivery and pickup
centre.
 
AGENT MANAGEMENT
In this module, Agent will log in with the help of username and password allotted to
them by branch. An agent will be able to see the courier booked by them. They will
also earn a commission for every courier booked. They can see how much commission
they have made until now.
PARCEL MANAGEMENT
In parcel management module, there will be stored pickup locations, as well as parcel
details. Also, user can see pending parcel details and delivered parcel details from this
section.
 
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
All the documents are stored in cloud storage. And also there will be an auto-backup
system, so no worry to lose your most valuable documents.
 
BARCODING
Generating a unique tracking number (AWB- air way bill number) for each
parcel/packets. It also manages every barcode print, also inward/outward barcode Label
module help to identify pending parcels. Using barcoding module, you will also print a
barcode sticker. Also, you can create every Parcel Label Barcode.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Gain access to a real-time stock level of all Branch/Franchise and make
transfers from a central stockroom. It helps to identify outstanding
parcels which were not delivered or return.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Account management module used to do daily transactions, manage
expenses, manage customer COD, to pay and paid to the bill. Also, in
account management user can generate customer billing invoice report.
Also, the user can handle employee accounts.

Mobile Application

Courier Mobile Application allows Courier Delivery
Boy to do necessary work, like packet pick-ups and
make deliveries. This process will be seen in real
time by customers(Consignee) while tracking
packets.

Assigning parcels to certain courier boy, leading to maximum efficient scheduling.
The delivery operators have access to the list of AWBs(Air Waybill) they were
assigned and can update the status of each parcel through the app.

Fetch Consignment
Courier app allows users to find the nearest located courier address within the
limited radius so you can easily navigate to your nearest location for fetching your
consignment.

Payment Reminders
Helps users to get paid faster by reminding for pending payments from the customer.
Users can also send automatic SMS and email to their customers for pending
payment.
Digital Signature
In Courier Management Mobile App, a delivery guy can take
Shipper/Packet picture and electronic signature as a proof of delivery.

Tracking
Customers can track their orders online and receive real-time email
notifications. A client can track the real-time status and proof of
delivery, including an image of the signature.
Dispatch
Dispatchers can customize the information they want to see on their
screen. Enables dispatchers to know where drivers are, what packages
they have, and which driver is best suited for the next job. Warns
dispatchers if delivery is late.
Client Information
User can add or update existing and new client information for
courier/delivery boy reference.
Automated Prices Calculation
It allows users to check the price of the parcel between two
destinations. Pricing is calculated based on distance, place, and region.
Barcode Scanning
Barcodes scan generated by real-time or use barcodes and numbers
produced by another party. The app will find a similar order on your list
and offer appropriate actions.
Barcode scanning allows the driver to instantly see instructions
different from each delivery. Drivers scan the barcode, and partial or
complete matches are made against the order fields.
Vehicle Management
All courier vehicle's details are saved in this module. Like, vehicle
maintenance, due permission, and due vehicle permit.
Branch Management
Admin can create a branch and gave rights to employees as per
requirement. Branch owner will view real-time reports of every internal
branch transactions, dispatched courier details, and pending courier
details.
Consignment Management
Admin or authorized employee can add consignment detail. User can
also make consignment receipt and also user can track the
consignment.
 
Customer Account Management
Generate customer invoices and driver settlements in minutes.
Comprehensive audit trail and notes. Track ageing balances, current
and past-due accounts receivables.
Driver Management
The driver poses the client’s confirmation and uploads it in the software,
enabling a much faster update of data. The application is compatible
with barcode scanners.
Parcel Management
Maintain a database of parcels in possession for delivery. Assign
barcodes to the items being delivered so they can easily be identified
with a barcode scanner.
Notification Management
The system directly send notification(Email / SMS) to the customer as
per parcel dispatch, delivery or customer make payment.
Payment Management
Customer can directly send payment to courier via online or Cash
transaction. Also, the courier operator can update the collected payment
information on the field, and the client gets notified via email or SMS for
received payment confirmation.
Reports Management
User can generate reports as per requirement and also generate a
customized report. There were different types of report. Like, bill report,
collected payment report, and pending payment report.
Packers and Movers Management
System
 
“Packers & Movers” is a Transportation Management Systemic used for
the Transportation for the Users of their Orders. In this Project

• Orders Placed.
The entire system is divided into 3
major modules

• Administrator module
• Transaction
• Inventory.
Administrator Module:
In this Administrator maintain all Employees Details, Trucker
Details, Drivers Details, Department details, Designation Details,
Service Details, and Bill Details and Districts and Locations details
are maintained and view the Assignments and New Content Details.

Transaction:
Transaction is the important functionality of any Organization.
This Menu covers all the transactions of Lorry Transport
Organization. Such as Lorry Driver Party Statement, Dispatch
Statement, Bill Copy, Accident Details, Cash Payment Details and
Order details are maintained.
Inventory:
In this Inventor Matins all stock details and Stock bill details and
Vender details and vender reports and Inventory stores the
information regarding Total Stock in of Tires, Tubes, Oil etc. Also
the Information of the Items Assigned to a particular Vehicle that
is Opening Stock & Closing Stock.
Services by movers and packers
Domestic Moving: Performed packing, loading, moving, unloading,
and unpacking of the goods using convenient and good handling
practices, all coordinated by a centralized office in Delhi (India).
Home Storage: Involved storing client’s goods at destination for both
long term and short term. This applied to cases where client had not
finalized the destination for the goods or had to move to other places on
temporary assignment.
Car Carriers: Involved transportation of client’s car in its pristine
condition using safety measures such as safety chains and locks, wheel
stoppers, and safety belts.
The phases of the relocation process were:

 Phase I: Introduction call just after confirmation of the booking.


 Phase II: This call involved taking a feedback after packing was done.
 Phase III: During transit of goods, customers were called every
alternate day to inform them about the location of their goods.
 Phase IV: This call was to fix an appropriate delivery time based on
client’s convenience, after the goods reached the destination city.
 Phase V: This call was after the delivery and a feedback was taken
from the client about the overall experience.
