• The body’s “defense” reaction
know as “fight or flight”.

demand or threat.

• Chronic Stress
- It becomes chronic if acute stress isn’t resolved and
begins to increase or lasts for long period of time
• Episodic acute stress
- Is when acute stress happens frequently and they
are often short tempered, irritable, and anxious.
