observe what is occurring in some situation
and they classify and record happenings.

ADVANTAGES:
• Simplest method

in it, the questions are asked and filled by the researcher
himself, the questionnaire is generally mailed to the
respondent, who fills it up and returns it to the researcher.

ADVANTAGES:
• Personal contact with the researcher and respondent
• Leads to more responses.

DISADVANTAGES:
• Time consuming
• Requires skilled and experienced researchers
SURVEYS/QUESTIONNAIRES METHOD
