student’s life. Canteens are an important
educational resource that provides the
student's food that is sources of student’s

satisfaction. This element is about a comfortable seating
arrangement that leaves enough space for the customer to
move, or high-quality design of the space and building, and

This means that the school or firm understands customer's
problems and performs in their best interests as well as
giving customers individual personal attention and having a

Based on different kinds of study about student satisfaction,
the researcher realized that customer will evaluate the
quality of service based on the cleanliness of the restaurant
(Barber & Scarcelli, 2010).

According to Peri (2006), food quality is an essential
element that restaurants must provide to fulfill the
customer’s needs and satisfaction. Food quality is also one
of the attributes used to measure customer satisfaction in
institutional food service.
