Saving the documents
Open the Outlook for Medicus. Save the PDF file attached. One
email is equivalent to one patient file to be uploaded on the EHR.
After saving all the PDF files received, you can open up to 50 files all at
once to work on. Or, work on one file at a time.
Tracking the documents
Open Medicus Gmail account: medicusdiagnostico@gmail.com with password:
Moeshull123 and go to Google Drive.
Open the Medicus Intake Tracker spreadsheet.
You can update this once you open one PDF file. Or, you can update this
after uploading the document in the EHR tool. This is to track documents
that have been uploaded on EHR.
Details to be encoded on the tracker are found on the PDF file’s
“Record of Examination”, “Face Sheet”, or “Patient Information”.
Uploading patient document files
Open Medicus Tool (EHR): https://pm.officeally.com/emr/Login.aspx
Username: medicusinc
Password: Medicusteam09@
Once logged in, click on “Patient Charts” Tab.
On the Patient Charts Tab, search for the patient’s name that
you’re working on.
If found, just click on the patient’s name.
You’ll be directed to the patient’s chart page. Click on the “Documents” Tab.
On the Documents Tab, this pop-up will appear then click on
“Upload Document” link.
You will see this page after clicking on the Upload Document link.
• Red Box – date when the procedure was done.
