This document describes a proposed Human Resource Management System (HRMS) project. The project aims to digitize and streamline HR processes like attendance tracking, scheduling meetings, and campus navigation. It will reduce manual work and make data access and editing easier. The system will have different types of users like students, teachers, guests, and administrators. Various diagrams are referenced but not included, like screen flows, ER diagrams, and architecture. Technologies proposed include PHP, JavaScript, Android Studio, Google Maps API, and SMAC stack. The document outlines technical constraints, hardware requirements, costs, risks, and a project execution plan with timelines.

Abhijeet Kour] [Project Code: P_12] [ Mentor : Rishi Gupta Sir] Abstract The project titled “HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is basically concerned with managing the Administration of a campus. A Human Resource Management System (HRMS) refers to the systems and processes at the intersection between human resource management (HRM) and information technology. It merges HRM as a discipline and in particular its basic HR activities and processes with the information technology field, whereas the programming of data processing systems evolved into standardized routines and packages of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. The main objective of this project is to reduce the effort of Administration to keep the daily events such as attendance, projects, works, appointments, etc. This project deals with the process of identifying the employees, recording their attendance hourly and calculating their effective payable hours or days. This project should maintain the records of each and every employee and their time spent in campus, which can be used for performance appraisal. Also, meetings can be fixed on the basis of the schedule of the various employees. Moreover, proper navigation of the campus can be done in order to help the freshmen from getting wandered. Problem Description
• Maintenance not easy.
• Data alteration not easy. • Navigation of campus is not available. • Huge amount of manual work. • No proper schedule of meetings. Survey / Analysis of Existing Systems
• Maintenance not easy.
•Data alteration not easy. • Navigation of campus is not available. Solution Proposed | Features of the System • Easy access to the data. • The new system is more user-friendly, reliable and flexible. • Data alteration is easy. • Maintenance of the project is easy. • Reduced manual work. • Timely Report generation. Innovation & Impact • Innovation in the solution • Impact of the solution Roles / Users of the System • Students : Student will be given user and password id for login and they will be privileged for the access of a college resource or not. • Teachers : teachers are the one who will be authorised to give permission to the students for the utilization of a resource . • Guest user : whenever a guest user is going to arrive our campus he/she will be entertained with various facilities like internet connectivity , vacant room etc. • System administrators : They will be administrating the whole system. • Staff members : Use Cases | Functional Workflow Diagram
