• To find out the strength of association between the factors of


Workaholism, job demands and work values with anxiety for old age and
physical attractiveness.

• 2. To find out the relationship between Workaholism and Psychiatric


Disorders

• 3. to clarify previous diverging findings concerning the nature,


antecedents, and consequences of working hard.


• 4.Investigating the cross-lagged associations between work engagement
and burnout, and life satisfaction and depressive symptoms.

• 5.To examine the validity of the workaholism triad as compared to the


workaholism dyad , to test the relationship between workaholism
and work-family conflict.
