I have a gap in skills that I need to develop before I am employed.
For instance , I will need to develop skills such as:
Competence
Skills in information systems in business
Accounting principle and regulations skills
Communication and information management skills
Problem solving techniques
Management of financial statements such as income statement,
balance sheet and change in equity statement.
Budgeting skills.

I will rate the skills that I have acquired using five point level scales :
1 = No current knowledge or skill (no current competency),
2 = Some awareness but not sufficiently competent to use it,
3 = Familiar with and able to use the knowledge or skill (some
competency),
4 = Proficient in the knowledge or skill and able to show others how to
use it (high level of competency),
5 = Expert with a high degree of skill and/or comprehensive knowledge
(fully competent).
