CHAPTER III
Methodology
This chapter present the research Design, research
instrument, research setting, success participants, sampling,
data collection procedure, Data analysis procedure and
ethical consideration.
Research Design

The Qualitative study will use a phenomenological Approach, and this perspective will used to

understand the lived experiences of the participants, getting their point-of-view when they go on

Social media websites. Identity is a part of everything we do in some form or another.

Phenomenology is a qualitative research method that will be used to describe how human beings

experience a certain phenomenon. A phenomenological study attempts to set aside biases and

preconceived assumptions about human experiences, feelings, and responses to a particular situation.

Coming to the research design, it is noted that Conclusive research design is being used in the study.
Research Instrument
The instrument in this study that will use in gathering data was constructed accordingly. An

in depths interview among the participants one of the instruments will use to gather

information that supports the study. Today the uses of both digital and analogue recorders

enhance data collection. A technical gadget such as the audio and video recorders, camera, and

computers will use also to utilize carefully record answers of the respondents. Ball pen and

paper will utilize in transcribing the answer these are fact finding strategies.
Research Settings

This study will take place at Central Philippines Adventist College

Academy (CPAC-A). Some of the students are supporting

undergraduate careers in education, business, and computer.

Admission requirements include the College administered at their

schools.
Research participant

The participants of this research are an integral piece of all successful human subjects’

research. This participation is voluntary and you may choose not to participate or to discontinue

participation at any time. Generally, students, will be asked at one time or another to participate in

research currently taking place at the CPAC-A.

Sampling

The researcher will be used the sampling purposive or purposeful sampling method. It is one

of the most significant current challenges in large-scale, is to establish a concise and coherent

method aimed to collect and summarize data. Sampling the content of plays an important role as

a knowledge discovery tool.

Data Collection Procedures
Permission and approval from advisers and the principal will be secured. Participants
will be selected based on criteria. A teacher of concerned schools was established to do
the assignment carefully. Before assigning the task, instructions of each test used in the
study were made clear. The interviewer will also explain the topics. After being satisfied
with the arrangement, the investigator will instructed the students of concerned schools
and confidence to give his/her free and frank opinion about the effectiveness of teachers
of his school by rating the teacher effectiveness scale carefully. They will be informed
that their academic career would not be affected as it was only an exercise for research
purpose and their responses would keep strictly confidential.
Data Analysis Procedure

To analyze the study, it is will use to be addressed that there will be different tests that will be

applied to the paper and by doing this the advantages and the disadvantages of the social media

will be looked in detail. It will be examine that the reliability will be noticed for the questions that

will be used in the questionnaire.
