ABSTRACT
• Today is the need of finance in every aspects of life. I know these
days different bank and finance company coming up with new
finance product.
• In such competitive environment, so selling the finance product
is not only the target, but providing excellent service to the
customer for a long period.
• Therefore, system come up that can handle back office activities,
otherwise manage this activities of huge numbers of customers
adapt and loan transaction might become cumbersome and
headache is not taken seriously.
Therefore proposed “Loan Management” been
designed to automate the activities of bank and
fiance company offers any type of loans.

• The job of the loan management is to provide a loan

services to the customer, to provide a web enabled
system that is intuitive to use, is dependable with and
architecture that is supportable, maintainable.
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:
• The job of loan management is to provide a system that enables
and promotes best practices for the guaranteed loan business
processors that are efficient, sustainable and automated, to the
extent practical and cost effective.
• To stream line the guaranteed loan business processors
consistently across all regions, sectors. To provide a web enabled
system that is intuitive to use, is dependable with and
architecture that is supportable , maintainable.
• Provide a tool that assist both operational and management
levels users to apply best business practice.
• Provide for efficient and accurate data collection and
management. Provide a tool that support consistent and
stream line business processes across all the department.
• Provide assistance with the business tranformation needed
to streamline and gain efficiencies by improving the
automation of the business process and procedures to
improve management capability for over site,moniteering
and control of the department authority.

TESTING
• This chapter gives the outline of all testing methods that are carried out
to get a bug free system.
• Quality can be achieved by testing the product using different
techniques at different phases of the project development. The purpose
of testing is to discover errors.
• Testing is the process of trying to discover every conceivable fault or
weakness in a work product. It provides a way to check the functionality
of components sub assemblies and/or a finished product. It is the
process of exercising software with the intent of ensuring that the
Software system meets its requirements and user expectations and does
not fail in an unacceptable manner. There are various types of test. Each
test type addresses a specific testing requirement.
RESULTS:
CONCLUSIONS:
• The Loan Management System is great improvement over the
manual system which uses lots of manual work and paper.
• The Loan Management System is fast, efficient and reliable,
Avoids data redundancy and inconsistency.Web-based Number
of personnel required is considerably less Provides more
security and integrity of data.
• The Loan Management System can be enhanced by including
more functionality like entering insert details, track the
interest, maintenance, feedback.
