We can describe numbers smaller than one by using decimals or fractions. Today,
most systems use decimals, but it is still useful to know how to read and say simple
fractions in English.
There are 2 elements in fraction numbers

2 The Denominator
Some fraction are spelled by following conventions

Three quarters plus two third equals five seventh
4 2 8
𝑥 =
5 5 5
As we read
Four fifth times two fifth equals eight fifth

Decimals
A decimal number is a number with a decimal point in it, like these examples
21.6 0.1075
10.175 ≠ 10,175
Ten point one hundred Ten thousand one hundred
seventy five seventy five
Another advice
2.05 ≠ 2.5
Remember to mention a number after “point” first. Dont misspelled and misread it
because it will lead to misleading information
Two point zero five
≠ Two point five
