Total Power Box Solution Inc. is in the business of manufacturing and trading electrical
distribution products.

NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION

• Every new employee in powerbox is required to be orient for


them to know all the rules and regulations implemented in
organization. Room for orientation, seminars and meetings is
provided inside the Powerbox company. The room is commonly
used for visitors and new employees that will be oriented
before the actual work inside the plant.
SAFETY TRAINING

• In terms of safety, there are rules and regulation each department and
safety signs inside the plant for awareness of the workers. Every
department has its own designated signage post for safety of the workers.
But in terms of training, the new worker is required to do its specific
assign job without any trainings but with the supervision of supervisors. To
maintain the safety of the worker there is assign buddy for them to
complete the job order they need.
EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Workers must wear proper clothes in accordance to the type of position they have
inside the plant.
• Workers must assure the quality of products they made.
• Workers must not come late inside the plant.
• Work as working hours, rest as resting hours.
• Workers must report accident immediately if they are involved.

Workers are allowed to wear their Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inside the plant
these include:
• Safety Shoes
• Hand Gloves and face mask
• Welding Shield
• Earmuffs
SAFETY RULES

• All accidents must be reported immediately to your supervisor/foreman, and prior to


leaving the workplace.
• Workers must wear appropriate PPE when and where required.
• Workers must perform all work following safe work practices and safe job procedures.
• Workers must maintain good housekeeping.
• No fighting or horseplay is permitted at the workplace.
• No theft or vandalism will be tolerated at the workplace.
• No possession or consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs is permitted while at the
workplace.
• You are not permitted to arrive or remain at work if your ability to perform the job safely is
impaired

EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN

• An emergency action plan (EAP) is a written document


required by particular OSHA standards. [29 CFR
1910.38(a)] The purpose of an EAP is to facilitate and
organize employer and employee actions during
workplace emergencies.

SAFETY DISCIPLINE

When it becomes necessary, our company reserves the


right todiscipline employees who knowingly violate
company safety rules or policies. Disciplinary measures
will include, but are not limited to: Verbal warning
(documented) for minor offenses. Written warning for more
severe or repeated violations.

• An employment confirmation can be a letter or a


document used to verify a current or former
employee's employment status.
