INTRODUCTION
 A weather station is a facility, either on land or sea, with units and
equipment for measuring atmospheric conditions to furnish information for
climate forecasts.
 Weather monitoring performs an important function in human life, so the
series of records about the temporal dynamics of climate adjustments is
very important.
The weather report is very vital for many sectors like Agricultural sector.
 So, it is highly important for agricultural country like Bangladesh.
Weather statistics can be different between one region to any other place.
These weather variations can appear due to the solar angle at any spot,
which varies through a latitude from the tropi
The environment is a chaotic system, so small adjustments
to one section of the device can develop to have massive
outcomes of the system.
There are many areas which are exceptionally established
on weather.
 In the trade of weather, it may be used to interfere.
To recognized absolute weather information humans can
prepare for their works like it Helps farmers and gardeners to
take the right steps for crop irrigation and protection.
This computerized weather station is a device that measures
the meteorological parameters with the use of sensors.
METHODOLOGY

Mainly our paper is designed for Weather monitoring.

For this purpose, uses Arduino MEGA which is used to control the
whole system by means of monitoring the sensors and when sensors
experience Meteorological parameters, then the Arduino will send a
command to LCD and as well as GSM module.

There are three sides- input side and output side and
intermediate state of the diagram for detecting the weather.
The input side consist of DHT-22, Raindrop module, Gas
detecting sensor, Barometric pressure sensor.
 One LCD on the output side. And another side is called
intermediate state.
 In intermediate state two things are here, one is Arduino
MEGA and another one is GSM.
 At the beginning the sensors are sensing the temperature,
humidity, is raining or not, LPG gas, Carbon mono-oxide,
smoke, Altitude and barometric pressure from the environment.
All the information or data transfer to the Arduino which are
taken from the environment by the sensor. Arduino receives the
All the information or data transfer to the Arduino which
are taken from the environment by the sensor. Arduino
receives the data and send it to the LCD.
 All the values will be displayed in the LCD. If any person
wants to know the actual condition of weather then he or
she can send a message to GSM what is displayed on
LCD at that moment, these data are transferred to GSM by
Arduino.
After getting the data from Arduino, GSM sends it to the
consumer through SMS. The required power to drive the
whole circuit is supplied by a solar panel. A solar panel,
charge controller, battery and converter are used for the
power supply.

The LCD monitor displayed the received values of the
Arduino MEGA.
 Before hardware implementation, circuits required for
this paper are designed and simulated to check whether
the system works or not.
 As we used Arduino MEGA in our presentation, Among
the different versions Windows version of Arduino 1.6.7
was the ideal choice to program.
To design the schematic diagrams and simulation
“Proteus Design Suite version 8.5” was used. As
“Proteus Design Suite version 8.5” has inbuilt library for
Arduino MEGA, it was the best choice for conducting
simulation.
To program the Arduino MEGA, hex files were
created using the Arduino software and then the code
was compiled in the Arduino MEGA

Consumer can get output using GSM. To know weather
report, consumer send a message from Mobile Phone to the
GSM. Then GSM send the Arduino output to the consumer.
RESULTS AND ANALYSIS
The results have been compared between the national weather data and the actual reading.
The percentage of error is calculated and shown in the below table

CONCLUSION
The scope of the weather station will give us the chance to distinguish a slight
difference in climate inside a little space of region, which will make our climate
anticipating framework more one of a kind and solid.
As time utilization is one of the greatest issues of this paper, a few tests were
executed where we took the information in a short time interim, which makes the
information legitimacy more expandable.
 After comparing the device data with the national data, it was found that the
percentage of deviation for Temperature is 1%, Humidity is 5% and Barometric
Pressure is 8%. Hence the weather forecast can be accurately known from this
device.
The proposed system is a portable system, so it can be easily moved to any place.
It is easy to install and cost effective as well. To run this station, solar power has
been used, so that it can be used in off-grid area. A GSM module will help the user
to get the data by SMS
