 ABSTRACT
In World, Every Human Being has some basic needs
that which are necessary to lead their lives happily ever.The main basic needs are
Food,Clothes,Medicine and Money.Now a days it is very difficult to get all these basic
needs for particularly in backward regions.According to the“World Population Clock
Survey”,every second two peoples are dying due to lack of food and minimum basic
needs.To overcome this problem we are going to donate all basic needs to the peoples
directly.Our project will help peoples to get basic needs by donating unused
Medicines,Clothes and also Food.This unused medicine,clothes donation project aims to
donate medicines and clothes which are not used.

 INTRODUCTION
 The aim and objective of this medicine and clothes donation project are to prepare a portal
for the collection of unused medicine,clothes and basic needs,for further utilization by a
needy person.The website must be like user can donate the unused medicines,clothes and
money to the NGO.
 That NGO can help needy people,the user can donate the medicine and it can be claimed
by NGO.They can collect from a particular place,there must be a login for the user,NGO
and admin.
 The admin can see all details of user donated medicines, clothes and food .
 Every NGO has an option to ask their request through the online user login, so that the
admin can check all the details about the NGO request and send the request to the helping
organisations,trusts and foundations.

 EXISTING SYSTEM
 In the donation system,the entire process of donations are hand operated system in
organisations and foundations, and later it is developed as online based donations
through money payment only.
 Using online based donations,they can donate only money(funds).
 The system is an non automatic perspective and the absolute utilization of resources
has proven the in-efficiency and it is a time consuming and workload process.

 DIS-ADVANTAGES OF EXISTING SYSTEM
In some backward areas donations are collected manually.
Money is donated directly to the NGO account.
 It is a time consuming process.

 PROPOSED SYSTEM
 It is an advanced and very efficient system to handle the different kind of donations
all over the world.
 Which take less time to donate and no physical effort to the donors.
 Donating only unused or used medicines is not enough to reduce the death rate of that
people,but also donating food,clothes and money may reduce the death rate.So that
we propose the project which is used to donate all the basic needs.
 Proposed system provides an constraint rules which specify the constraints that the
solution must satisfy.
 This system will help the donors to donate any kind of needs directly and saves many
peoples life,and that plays an prominent role in present kind hearted society.

 It will help more poor peoples to survive.
