Thanks to Allah SWT. Who has given his grace and guidance so that writer can finish reports
Industrial Employment practices (PRAKERIN) organized by SMK negeri 1 Banyuwangi for approximately
six months at HILTON GARDEN inn bali.
This report is a manifestation of the responbility of the writer in writing of the completion of the
students work practice in HILTON GARDEN inn bali start date of 11 July 2018 until 11 January 2019 in
the framework of the dual system of education.
the writter also realized that in writing his paper is still far from perfection. Therefore, criticism
and sugestions from readers are needed by the writer to improve their skills in report writing.

While we,re training, we are in Hosekeeping department, there we have each task.
There some section in hosekeeping department inclune Public Area, Room Section, Linen
Section, Order Taker Section.
every section has a different task, Room Section job is to taking care of the
cleanliness of the guessroom, public area’s job is to make all of te public area be clean like
outdoor swimming pool, lobby, restaurant, and restroom/public toilet, linen section is to make
sure linen inventory and responsible for employee staff uniform, or der taker job is is
controllingthe inventory oh housekeeping service and make sure all of the housekeeping
supplies.
our daily job is cleaning public area and make sure back office always clean for
public area trainee, make up room for room section trainee, ang taking care of linen inventory
for linen section trainee.
CHAPTER 3 : CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
 Conclusion
The conclusion that can be drawn by the writer during the On The Job Training activity at
Hilton Garden Inn is that there is a training certificate that will be a guideline for writes to look for
work in the future, as well as the first time work experience that can be an experience and
improve ability writer in the field of Housekeeping service to become a professional workforce in
the future. Because we have been confused for 6 months, so we know how the real world of
tourism, especially hospitality.
In carrying out On The Training activities, the writer is trained to be able to make decisions
correctly, work together, be disciplined, be polite, and be consistent with work.
 Suggestion
The suggestion for the school is to be able to establish a good relationship with the hotel,
so that it will be easier for the younger siblings further On The Job Training activities.
Suggestions for students is for costumize the material you get at school by working to the
fullest which can benefit both yourself and school. And suggestions for hotels is is for improve
teachings for training so that it can benefit the hotel in the future, and establish good
relations with the school
