m In order to develop friendly relationship between the two countries, M.K Nepal and
Manmohan singh decided to visit eachother's country regularly.
The first visit was by MK Nepal to India.There Manmohan showed him Indias
modernTelecommunication systems. It was so good that Makune made a call to
Girja Babu in hell and talked to him for 5 minutes. The bill for the call came to only
US 1.
When MK Nepal came back, he also wanted Nepal's telecommunication systems to
be at the best when Manmohan visited Nepal.
Manmohan came to Nepal, visited the Ncell department and talked to Adolf Hitler
in hell for 5 minutes.But this time, the bill was US 500.
Manmohan asked with a sarcastic smile "Ha Ha Ha....Why are telephone calls to
hell so costly in Nepal ?"
A High level diplomat gave a smiling reply
"From Nepal to hell, it is long distance, Sir, while from India it is a local call!"
