TRIPATRA Building is located at a prime business area in the

South Jakarta. The office is located at Indy Bintaro Office
Park, Sektor VII CBD Bintaro Jaya, Tangerang Selatan. It is
also located near exit of Jakarta-Serpong’s toll road and
easily accessible from any part of Jakarta including the
airport.
OFFICE Facilities for Client
CONTRACTOR will provide one room for 2 (two) personnel of
COMPANY’s representative who will be assigned to work in
CONTRACTOR’s Office. The room will be dedicated and
furnished for two personnel, along with related office
support, as follows:
• Telephone system with extension and facsimile services
• Secretarial and clerk services
• Reproduction and document preparation
• Computing facilities, with MS Office and related
software
• CAD services that includes CAD Software with 5
terminal/license, A0 Color Printer, A3 Scanner and
modem.

Recommendation to Analyse Relief, Venting,
and Drain System for Brownfield Platform
• The objective of analysis of relief, venting and
drain system is to determine any relief, venting
and drain of fluid and/or gas which is required
by process condition.
• For brownfield project, the adequacy check of
existing discharged facility is required to ensure
process integrity safe and continuous
operation. Process optimization of the facility
may be required in case the existing discharged
capacity is nearly or already approaching its
maximum capability.
• This flow diagram shows our work process in
identifying the opportunity of analyzing relief,
venting, and drain system to get a better or
more optimized system of existing facility.

Recommendation to Analyse and Optimize
Compression System and Plant Debottlenecking
for Pressure Lowering / Declination Program on
Brownfield Facilities
• The objective of this compression system is to
maintain oil & gas production by managing a proper
pressure of oil & gas wells, as well as maintaining oil
production by gas lift compression of oil wells.
• Existing compressor as main part of compression
system normally have considered production profile
of well (lifetime), review on selection study of
existing compressor following with vendor
recommendation will be advantage during analyze
and optimize of existing compressor due to pressure
lowering/declination program.
• This flow diagram shows our work process in
identifying the opportunity of optimizing
compression system and plant debottlenecking to
get a better plant performance to maintain oil & gas
production.

The objectives of performing conceptual of a green
field/new facility, including procedure on technology
and concept selection and flow assurance method,
are:
• To develop the possible process scenario based on
new well fluid composition and product
specification.
• To select the optimized process technology based
on economic consideration.
• To select the optimized platform type, electrical
system based on process requirement and
optimized Process Control, Safety Shutdown and
Fire Gas System & Instrument Devices based on
process & process Safety requirement

Evaluation and Close-out Requirements:

• COMPANY will conduct Performance Evaluation

checklist of CONTRACTOR Performance

• TRIPATRA will provide 3 monthly-basis Progress
Summary of all Work Orders to COMPANY,
includes budget and spent man-hours.
• COMPANY will conduct Quarterly Review to
assess TRIPATRA Performance.
• TRIPATRA will provide Close-out Document
Report upon completion of any Work Order.

• As contingency plan, replacement of on-board non-performing/resigned personnel is addressed in flowchart of Annual

• This Planning process identifies resources requirement for the whole year by compiling all resources requirement from all
projects within TRIPATRA that includes some additional allocated resources for contingency purposes. This group of resources
is considered a corporate manpower that is mobile and functioned as back-up to projects whenever is required.
