• This Planning process identifies resources requirement for the whole year by compiling all resources requirement from all
projects within TRIPATRA that includes some additional allocated resources for contingency purposes. This group of resources
is considered a corporate manpower that is mobile and functioned as back-up to projects whenever is required.
