Facts - This case was sent for the settlement.
After Settlement Sabina Sultan has to pay amount of
Rs.18Lakh to Pushpa Builders Pvt. Ltd.She paid
only Rs.8Lakh and the remaining amount of Rs.10lkh
she has to pay on 30,July,2019.
In the Matter of –
Mehnish v/s Zaki Uddin
Facts – Plantiff filed Plaint against Defendant on the grounds
of under Section 498-A of IPC (Cruelty,Violence,
Dowry demand).
Plantiff’s Order Requirement –
1. Protection order Under Section 18 in The Protection of Women
from Domestic Violence Act,2005.
2. Residence order Under Section 19 in The Protection of Women
from Domestic Violence Act,2005.
3. Monetarly reliefs Under Section 20(in lumpsum) in The
Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,2005.
Judgement – Judgement to be held.

Surender v/s Manjeet kaur
Facts - In this case, Plantiff asked for a Divorce Under
Section 13(1)(ia).Plentiff and his parents was facing
cruelty,abusive behaviour and disrespect from the
Defendant.And Defendant forcefully asked to live in
separate house near her parents locality.
In the Matter of -
Ankit Chaturvedi v/s Shivani Chaturvedi
Facts - In this case, Plentiff asked for a Divorce Under
Section 13(1)(ia)&(ib).Defendant run to her parents
house anytime without informing Plentiff and his
parents with no valid reason.When Plantiff asked to
return home,defendant deny and said I will come
whenever I want to.Defendant Leave Plentiff,now who
is living a non sexual life.
In the Matter of -
Sh. Jaswant Singh v/s Charandeep Singh
Facts – In this case,the Complainant filed a complaint under
Section 138/142 of Negotiable Instrument Act 1881.
Complainant gave a loan of Rs.5 Lakh to Respondant
on friendly basis for the time period of 1 year.But
Respondant failed to repay the loan.Notice was given
respondant to repay amount in 15 days.

Deepak Luthra v/s Seema Luthra
Facts - In this case, Plentiff filed a plaint for Divorce on the
basis of cruelty Under Section 13(1)(ia).
The Plentiff accused Defendant that Defendant has
disposed his all educational certificates so that the
Plentiff do not get any job.Now Plentiff is asking for
the maintenance from Defendant.
In ws the Defendant told that the Plentiff himself
do not want to work.
