 Facts - In this case Accused break the Red Light and when the
two Police Constables came to stop him instead of
stopping his truck, he hit one of the Police Constable.
which caused constable grievous injury.After the
incident , injured constable filed a complain against
accused name Wakeel Khan.
Case Evidences were submitted in the court on the case
date i.e, 06,July,2019.

Defendant paid the rent on 06,July,2019.

 Judgement - Case was withdrawn by the Plantiff.

return home,defendant deny and said I will come
whenever I want to.Defendant Leave Plentiff,now who
is living a non sexual life.

Complainant gave a loan of Rs.5 Lakh to Respondant
on friendly basis for the time period of 1 year.But
Respondant failed to repay the loan.Notice was given
respondant to repay amount in 15 days.
