with a highly involved management
style which records complete
database of guests for customized
services and asking customers for
feedback forms. This study is to
understand the reason behind poor
performing sites.

leading to the change in advertising and

customers have changes, the demands like
pick up and drop facilities, Free Wi -Fi,
swift check in and check out services

 Staff Management: every hotel requires


quality staff at all the fronts and lack of
skills exposure in the institutes resulting
in challenge in the industry

 Dwindling customer loyalty: Due to


multiple offers shown on online sources
guests do not depend on hotel, customers
look for deals.

 Irregular cash flow: There is no constant


flow of cash, there are customers who pay
after a period of 30 or more days, also,
many payments are delayed or go in bad
debts.

Rationale for the research format

 For the senior management, I chose the rationale of research methodology as


survey and questionnaire keeping in mind the time it will take to conduct the
interviews with them.
 For the Front desk I chose the method of interviews to understand what
difficulties they face and then experiments for them to apply changes and
see.
 For the guest sample, I chose the method of questionnaire and interviews to
understand what exactly they expect and then interviewing them to
understand the answers more.
