PROCEDURE ON HOW TO
ACCESS THE
GAD REPORTING FORM
1. Login to your
Google Account
2. Click the Google
Apps icon

3. Click the Google Drive


4. Click the Shared
with me tab on the
left side of the page
5. Double-click the
GAD_Mechanism
sheet
6. Once loaded, click your province and
you may encode your report
1. Each province must have a Google Account
2. The sheets are visible to other provinces but cannot
update/alter the reports of each other
3. Once the provinces updates their sheet it will automatically
reflected in Summary sheet for consolidation in the
Regional Office
4. Another separate VAWC sheets will be shared upon
finalization of the form
