Summary
• Car Park: 15 to 20(include Skoda)

• Customer retention: 7-8 cars (based on verbal discussions)

• Total workshop visits by VW cars= NA


• This dealer has very few VW car repair per year and hence are not VW centric in
their business approach. Although we have proposed action plan for this dealer also,
as of today, we cannot consider this dealer as a full-fledged VW workshop. We
should treat this dealer like a Service Touch-Point for VW with limited services
because we don’t have an option in the vicinity. We cannot rely to this dealer for
warranty issues (they have never claimed yet though), online diagnostics issues at
the moment.
