 INTRODUCTION
Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Limited, is a vertically integrated
textile company engaged in the manufacture of cotton yarn, woven
and knitted fabrics, finished garments, home textiles and wind power
generation.The company was incorporated in the year 1989 and
issued shares to the public in the year 2007. The company shares its
roots with the Bannari Amman group of companies which has diverse
interests spanning various industries in South India.

Through this visit, I gain information and practical knowledge
about manufacturing process of the cotton yarn, woven and knitted
fabrics, finished garments, home textiles and wind power generation.
And gain information in several departments. Human resource is the
important and unique asset of an organization. With out human
resources the management could not achieve the target. So job
satisfaction is very important for retaining the employees in the
organization.
