Objectives of the work
• To attain the strength of concrete by partial
replacement of fine aggregate using quarry dust &
Foundry sand
• To minimize the storage of waste
• To manufacture the concrete by less environment
effect
INNOVATIVENESS OF THE WORK

In this project, the quarry dust and foundry sand is combined

to used as a replacement material for fine aggregate. This help
to reduce the usage of the natural sand

By using the quarry dust as a replacement of fine aggregate (0% -25%) by weight in concrete , we
get maximum compressive strength of 28 days curing at 15% of replacement. Based on this value we
fix it constant and add foundry sand (0% -25%) by weight . The test specimens are under curing
process so, the result is to be discussed after the specimen is tested
INDUSTRY/SOCIAL RELEVANCE

Both quarry dust and foundry sand is a industrial waste

product which cause environmental pollution . By using the
material in concrete help to reduce the open dumping of these
materials and provide the alternative method to use this
material

If we want to make our project as a business , then
