Introduction
• The Coca-Cola Company is an American multinational
beverage corporation, and manufacturer, retailer
company.
• Best known for its flagship product Coca-Cola, invented
in 1886 by pharmacist John Stith Pemberton in Atlanta,
Georgia.
• After Independence, Coca-Cola came to Pakistan in
1953.
• Later on, Fanta was introduced in 1965, Sprite was
introduced in 1972, and after a gap of 30 years, Diet
Coke and Fanta Lemon were introduced in 2001.

3-Deviance Behavior
• Deviance behavior is a kind of behavior that
violates social norms and arouses negative social
reactions. Crime is also type of deviance behavior
which is not found in Coca-Cola company.
• The Coca-Cola’s anticorruption programs extend
throughout the company. All employees of a
Coca-Cola company have anticorruption policies
and procedures communicated to them.
4-Organizational Citizenship Behavior
• OCB refers to individual behavior that is
discretionary and promotes effective functioning
of the organization. OCB can increase knowledge
sharing and job performance of company.
• In Coca-Cola company the level of employees
commitment is very high. It is also found there is
high relationship between employees commitment
and employees turnover. Since employees are
highly satisfied and turnover rate is low.

enjoy the facilities provided and have positive and
