Evaluate Practice with Individuals, Families, Groups, Organizations,
and Communities (Dimensions: Knowledge & Skills)

• 9.1 Select and appropriate methods for evaluations of outcomes.

• Identify various approaches to best evaluate outcomes that can be used with
social distancing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of evaluation processes and use online forms made
through Google Forms by the agency.
• Assess agency process for seeking client feedback and make
recommendations for improvement (helped make changes to printed survey
forms transferred to Google Forms).

• 9.2: Apply knowledge of human behavior and the social

environment, person-in-environment, and other multidisciplinary
theoretical frameworks in the evaluation of outcomes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the impact of theory and context on evaluation
process.
• Identify variables in the social context that could potentially impact
evaluation process or outcomes and discuss with supervisor and team
through Zoom conference.
• Demonstrate knowledge of self-determination and various aspects of human
behavior on evaluation and outcome measures (discuss with supervisor how
these could impact using social distancing regulations).

• 9.3: Critically analyze, monitor, and evaluate intervention and program

processes and outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate intervention, not only at termination, but throughout the
process.
• Evaluate results that test the efficacy of interventions used and monitor successes,
failures, and progress achieving outcomes (using Google Form created by agency to
track).
• Develop future recommendations for favorable outcome strategies for goal
attainment.
• Continuously review contract with client to assess progress toward goal.
• Utilize weekly sessions (through Tele Health with SimplePractice program and
Google Forms created by agency) to assist client in measuring progress toward goal
and modify interventions when warranted.
• Create a follow-up (with assistance of supervisor and team) that includes strategies
to assist client incorporates gains into daily living.

• 9.4: Apply evaluation findings to improve practice effectiveness at the

micro, mezzo, and macro levels.
• Demonstrate knowledge of impact of findings from service on all levels of
practice (discuss and present to supervisor and team through Zoom) using
evaluations done through Google Forms.
• Present findings from training and service to agency, including application of
findings to practice.
• Identify strengths and potentials future changes with the evaluation process
at the agency that could lead to improved outcomes for clients and client
systems.
