1. Each participant will be assigned a
different role such as CEO, PRO,
Chairman, General Manager, MLA, MP,
Farmers(4)
2. The assignment of roles will be done on
the basis of picking up the chits.
3. One situation will be given to all the 7

participants according to which they have

to take the decision and solve the
problems.
4. Minimum Time for this panel discussion is
20 minutes.
5. Usage of offensive words will not be
encouraged.
6. Judges decision will be final.
