A Hotelier Minimum
Requirement:
 A Hotelier must be a diplomat, a democrat, an autocrat, an acrobat, and a
doormat.
 Someone who have the facility to entertain a President, Governor, Mayor,
Owner, princes of industry, pickpockets, gamblers, bookmakers, etc.
 Someone who have a good knowledge of anything.
 A Hotelier, sometimes have to settle arguments and squabbles. He must,
therefore, be a qualified boxer, wrestler, weight-lifter, sprinter, but
remember you have to always being a peacemaker.
 A Hotelier is who are clean, honest, quick workers, quick thinkers,
mathematicians, technicians, and at all times on the boss’s side, the
customer’s side, and stay on the outside of the bar.
HOW BE A GOOD HOTELIER
WITH HOSPITALITY CHARACTER
1. BE PEOPLE’S PERSON
2. You need to be a multitasking
person

There is no task in running a hotel that is not in your job


description. From working behind the bar, to helping make beds,
the successful hotelier can do it all and does it all, willingly.
Needless to say, you have to have an extremely strong work ethic.
The hotel industry demands hard work and long hours. The
guests are there for a holiday; you’re there to work.

approachable
4. You need to be passionate
5. You need to be observant
6. You need to focus on success

Focus is what directs the hotelier towards those activities


which matter most. The best hotelier realizes that just
being busy is not as important as being busy doing
the right things.

But, if you feel do not macth with
all the character and criteria....
Conclusion
Hospitality is about People. Not about your house, or the food, or
the the decorations or how the table is set. The customers problem
maybe not our fault, but it is still our problem to solve. Because,
people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did,
but People will never forget how you made them feel.
