CE 521 – CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

BY: ENGR. ROMEL N. VINGUA

Fundamental Principles of Construction
Project Management; Pre-planning
activities of a construction Project
It is not necessary to change. Survival is not mandatory.
If you can't describe what you are doing as a process, you
don't know what you're doing.
It is not enough to do your best; you must know what to do,
and then do your best.

“If words of command are not clear and distinct, if orders are
not thoroughly understood, then the general is to blame. But,
if orders are clear and the soldiers nevertheless disobey, then
it is the fault of their oficers.”
― Sun Tzu
