About the company

• About Sumit Pradhan:


 Sumit Pradhan was the one who coined the term “India 2.0”.
when he made his case for setting up the facility in India. This initiative had been
delivering great value in terms of both cost-transformation and efficiency, but it
had been a long road for Sumit to travel until he got to where he was today.
At first, Sumit, the Vice-President at FT, was unable to believe this could be true.
Finally, his dream was taking shape, and his thoughts took him back to three
years earlier when he had to overcome many hurdles to get the necessary
approval to set up a small office in India with a total of 10 employees. Going from
10 employees to 7,000 employees was definitely a remarkable achievement in a
three-year period.
