Why Emotional Intelligence?

Anyone can become angry —that is easy. But to be

angry with the right person, to the right degree, at the
right time, for the right purpose, and in the right way —
this is not easy.

Why Emotional Intelligence?...

“Emotional intelligence is much more

powerful than IQ in determining who
emerges as a leader. IQ is a threshold
competence. You need it, but it doesn’t
make you a star. Emotional intelligence
can.”
…Warren Bennis
